Cash bonds can only be paid to the jurisdiction they’re owed to, i.e. Morgan county, Priceville, etc. Secure bonds are done by licensed bonding agents.

Depending on the reason you’ve missed court (which court you missed and the length of time since the missed court hearing) we will help get the court date rescheduled. In the event that you cannot get your court date rescheduled and you must turn yourself in, we will assist in re-bonding you.

Co-signers are required to either have a full-time job with a paycheck stub or own property. If you own a small business you may be eligible to co-sign if you can provide a valid business license. If you are unsure whether or not you qualify, please give us a call at 256-353-4100.

Co-signers are required to ensure that the defendant is responsible and present for all of their court hearings. In the event that the defendant does not appear in court, the co-signer would be legally liable for either the bounty hunter fee or the full amount of the bond plus court costs if the defendant can not be found.
